Cass fell in love with yoga in 2011, joined the energy exchange program, and became a Modo teacher in 2012. Modo became the first community Cass ever truly felt apart of, and the studio became a second home for her. As life began to change, for better or worse, the studio provided a space to heal and grow. In 2014, she went on to follow her dream of studying yoga in India at the Sivananda Ashram in the Himalayas, and completed further training with Modo in New York City and Nosara, Costa Rica in 2016.
Over 1000 hours of training has certified Cass in Yin, Flow, Hatha, and the Modo Series I and II. This yogi brings her experience, unique perspectives and passion to her classes with confidence, but still sees herself as a humble student of yoga!
Choosing a path of yoga as a career has been a sure way to continued education, self-development and community service. Through yoga, Cass has truly found the very best version of herself.
