After studying ballet for 14 years, Amanda walked into a hot yoga studio for the
first time, having never practiced yoga before, over 20 years ago. Since then, yoga
has helped her grow stronger, more flexible, and more courageous, both on and off
the mat. It motivates her to live each moment more consciously and with
intention.
Amanda holds several certifications, including E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP, CPT,
Group Fitness, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Barre. She offers a wide range of
classes, including Hatha, Vinyāsa, Nidrā, Yīn, Restorative, and Sound Meditation.
In her classes, Amanda blends artistic sequencing with liveliness and
encouragement, aiming to expand her students practice. Her goal is to create an
authentic, safe, and welcoming space, hoping that when students step off their
mats, they feel aligned, supported, and balanced. Amanda is deeply committed to
giving back to the Universe what yoga has given to her mind, body, and soul.
