Having a ballet background as a kid, Heeva fell in love with Barre and its elements of dance, yoga and pilates. Heeva believes Barre is a great way for folks to get their body moving while incorporating some fun into it! She has always enjoyed body weight exercises and personally, Heeva found Barre gave her the opportunity to do what she loves while getting a hard workout in. In Heeva’s class you can expect lots of exercises at the barre and plenty of core: your glutes and quads will definitely be on fire! Outside of class Heeva loves to go on trails, cycle around the city and practice yoga.
