Jane took her first yoga class in 2003 and quickly found a challenging practice of coming home to herself. Over the years, yoga has invited her to come back to the present moment, breathe through tension and grief, increase mobility and flexibility, and build strength. After many years of classes, workshops, and teacher trainings, Jane began teaching. Influenced and informed by many lineages and modalities, Jane’s classes are vinyasa flow based and intentionally sequenced. Passionate about daily and functional movement, you can expect a lighthearted, thoughtful and dynamic exploration of shapes and breath guided by music to fuel your practice. Outside the studio, Jane is an independent Recruiter, but her happy place is in nature with her dog – and taking a dip whenever possible!
