Matthew (he/him) is a prairie boy from Oakbank, Manitoba transplanted into the rich soils of BC! He has been guiding yoga classes since 2014 after he finished his 500 hour Modo Hot Yoga training in Kelowna, BC. He has since been trained in Modo Flow, Modo Fit, and Yoga Nidra trainings. Over the last 9 years, Matthew has dedicated much of his time to the study of yoga, anatomy, as well as developing workshops to bring to his community.
Matthew is passionate about biomechanics and helping individuals connect with an intentional movement practice that works for their unique body and practice goals. Each of his classes are unique as he brings you yoga practices that are themed on waking up certain muscle groups, particular yogic principles, or a daily intention for you to bring into your life.
