Barre Sweat

Get ready to sweat!

Barre Sweat builds on the basics of barre, adding cardio intervals to the small, repetitive, rhythmic movements that you are used to seeing in Barre Basics. Although we do aim to get the heart-rate up while we pliƩ and pulse, our instructors will offer low impact options to make sure that everyone feels great while getting a great workout!

We recommend being familiar with barre technique or taking a few of our Barre Basics classes before trying out Barre Sweat.
