Amanda fell in love with yoga when it helped bring her a sense of peace and calm during the stress of university, which led her to complete the Modo Level 1 Teacher Training in Kelowna in 2019. She believes that yoga is a powerful practice in building awareness of both mind and body, but also appreciates being challenged by new sequences and fun arm balances. Amanda greatly values the Modo pillars, with emphasis on the sense of community as well as accessibility. She is looking forward to attending the Modo Flow training to expand her teaching.
