Andrea’s first yoga experience left her mind and body feeling calm and strong. To this day, the benefits of yoga and the way the practice challenges her are what keep Andrea returning to her mat. It’s the feeling of strength and peace that makes her want to share it with everyone else. Andrea has been teaching within the Modo Yoga community since 2013. She is trained in Modo, Modo Flow, Modo Level 2, Yin and Modo Fit. Her classes have an emphasis on exploring strength in your mind and body while maintaining your breath. Andrea’s goal is to get you out of your head and connected into your body. When she’s not in the studio, you can find Andrea hiking the local mountains.
