Hannah’s Modo Yoga journey began in 2012 when the East Vancouver studio opened its doors. From the first few breaths of that first class, she felt at home within the sequence, the amazing community, and the 6 Pillars or core values that knit everything together. You can find Hannah on the schedule teaching Modo, Modo Flow, Modo + Yin, and Yin. Her classes offer safe and structured challenges that encourage students to explore, question, and learn more about their own mind/body connection. Outside the studio, you can often spot Hannah walking the trails around Mosquito Creek or enjoying a crisp craft beer at Black Kettle.
