Laura S.


Laura began teaching Modo Yoga in 2014 at the Nanaimo studios after a few years of being a Modo practitioner and working with the EE program, and took her first 500 hour training with Modo in LA. Laura has since completed her Modo Flow, Modo Fit, and Modo Calm trainings; along with Yin, children’s yoga, Trauma informed yoga, and a few mentorships and online flow-inspired trainings. Laura loves to help people explore movement in their body and come back to the connection of breath and body. When Laura is not teaching you can find her on the coast swimming and spending time with family or on her couch continuing to learn to crochet, or at the gym exploring her own movement.
