Nicole has been teaching within the Modo Yoga community since 2014. The Modo sequence has taught Nicole that vitality doesn’t always have to come from extreme exercise, and it has helped her build strength to support her in other forms of movement. Nicole’s classes are rooted in structural alignment and offer students the chance to learn about and engage with their own bodies. She emphasizes intentional movement, breath, and containment – helping each person find their way through the postures with more ease, awareness, and enjoyment.
