Paige started practicing yoga as a tool to practice presence. After a lifetime of living in anticipation of the next exciting adventure, she decided to slow down, take deeper breaths, and appreciate the now. In 2015, Paige completed her 200-hour Hatha-based teacher training at Semperviva Yoga in Vancouver. She has since completed training in Yin and Pre-Natal Yoga. Paige’s classes offer a space to let go of your to-do list, your self-judgement and expectations; a space to get out of your head, trust your intuition, and find what you need to nourish your body and spirit.
