Sarah found fitness & gained a deep understanding of movement having grown up with dance as a pillar in her life. Dance also led her to Pilates. Sarah is now a certified Pilates instructor through A La Ligne Method & Physical Mind Institute. Sarah aims to provide an experience in which your entire mind & body can feel connected throughout class. Sarah’s classes will leave you feeling stronger, more in-tune with your body, while incorporating the most important features of any movement class: lightness & fun!
