Courtesy Policies

Our goal is to create a grounding, supportive space for as many students as possible in every single class we offer, without space going to waste unnecessarily. To do that, we have a few guidelines in place:

SILENT PRACTICE ROOMS

Many of us come to yoga to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, so please, leave all conversations outside of the hot room.  Please leave all your belongings in the lockers. Nothing can be brought into the practice rooms. Be sure you’ve locked your phone up so the practice room remains a phone-free space.

PRE REGISTRATION

All students can pre-register for class 7 days in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your class online or from your app up to 2 hours before class to avoid losing the class or being charged a no-show or late-cancellation fee. Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations. If you have not canceled your class and are on an unlimited form of membership, a no-show fee of $20 will be charged to your card on file. Any unlimited member that cancels a class less than 2 hours beforehand will be charged a $10 late-cancellation fee.  Any class card or single class passes will be forfeited if you do not cancel prior to 2 hours before the start of class, but you will not be charged any additional fees.

Sorry, but we cannot make individual exceptions.

WAITLIST

Even when a class appears full, you may, and should, add yourself to the waitlist. When a cancellation is made, the first name on the waitlist gets automatically added to the class.  If you are signed up for notifications, you will receive an email as soon as you are moved off the waitlist. This will happen up until 2h before class. Once you are added to the class from the waitlist you become responsible for attending or canceling.  If you are on a waitlist and you know that you don’t plan on coming in for class, make sure to remove yourself so you aren’t added without adequate time to make it in to the studio or to cancel without penalty (less than 2h before class).

For the first class in the morning, doors open 15 minutes before class starts. For all other classes, doors will open 30 minutes before class starts, please make every effort to arrive as early as possible. If a class has a waitlist, please arrive at least 5 minutes early. At 5 minutes before class, any student not present will risk losing their spot to someone present from the waitlist. To avoid losing your spot on the waitlist, arrive early and ready to go.

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure a safe and positive class experience for students and teachers alike, we do not allow any entry into class once the teacher has entered the studio and class has begun.
