Caroline started practicing yoga a decade ago, initially to improve her flexibility, balance, and strength, but quickly discovered the powerful mental and spiritual benefits.She completed her 200-hour yoga alliance vinyasa flow training in 2020, which included core work, and a second training in yin yoga in 2023 through the director of Hot 8 Yoga in California.She has been teaching yin (with music) at Modo since July 2023 and will soon be teaching yang/yin. She always likes to incorporate props and offers modifications to make her classes as accessible as possible and often utilizes breath work and meditative/relaxation techniques.Caroline studied film for many years and has traveled to over 50 countries and counting. She has a two year old pup named Finn. Caroline loves cooking, photography, aromatherapy, and spending time in nature.Caroline is also a triple certified holistic and integrative nutrition, health, and wellness coach through IIN, MBG, and nationally board certified through the NBHWC, helping clients with stress management, sleep issues, gut health, and chronic conditions, among other health concerns, utilizing sustainable and enjoyable diet and lifestyle changes. Her company is called CJ Wellness.
