Sarah first began yoga as a way to supplement athletic training and stage performances. Over 15 years later, Sarah’s yoga practice has become an essential partner in her connection to mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

She completed her first 500 Hour YTT with Modo Yoga International in 2017. Since then she has accumulated over 700 hours in training including Yin Yoga with Corinna Benner, Vinyasa Flow with Dina Tsouluhas and Valerie Anne Verdier through Modo Yoga and Creative Sequencing with Valerie Anne Verdier.

Movement has always been a form of expression, connection and self-reflection for Sarah. She has spent years with chronic back pain and has often turned to her yoga practice as a means of unlocking the body and finding freedom in movement. She works to ensure that her classes are accessible in the way that they challenge students. Sarah is an enthusiast of the arts, good food, the outdoors and movement in all its forms. She believes in the power of a consistent mobility practice and loves supporting students in their journey to build one.
