Zoe believes in the power of breath and movement, and creates space for her students to explore that. The accessibility of yoga is important to her and she enjoys teaching and practicing in alternative spaces and in other parts of the planet. She’s taught in rural Cambodia, in high school classrooms, at a rock climbing gym, on the beach, in offices, at outdoor festivals, and in Times Square (to name a few). Zoe completed her 500 hour certification as well as her Vinyasa Flow training with Modo Yoga. She’s also completed a 100 hour training at Hari Om Yoga Vidya School in India, as well as a yoga trauma training with The Prison Yoga Project. She loves the Modo community, both her students and fellow teachers, and is grateful to be a part of it. She teaches at both New York studios, guest teaches at other Modo locations, teaches students privately, and runs international retreats.
