Through a fun and interactive atmosphere, the children, ages 5 to 12, are encouraged to use their imagination as they move their bodies and develop a keen sense of body awareness, flexibility, strength, stamina, agility, balance, and coordination. These classes promote not only body awareness but also help mental and physical health, concentration and self-discipline. The children learn tools to foster their natural inner strength that supports a lifelong positive attitude within their bodies as well as providing skills they can draw upon for use in life.
Kids Yoga classes start Saturday, April 2nd from 11 am to noon and go for 9 consecutive weeks.
