For Who?

Children ages 5 to 12 learn to breathe and listen to their bodies.

Through a fun and interactive atmosphere, the children are encouraged to use their imagination as they move their bodies and develop a keen sense of body awareness, flexibility, strength, stamina, agility, balance, and coordination. These classes also promote mental and physical health, concentration and self-discipline. The children learn tools to foster their natural inner strength that supports a lifelong positive attitude within their bodies as well as providing skills they can draw upon for use in life.

Starting September 23rd to November 25th

Investment $150 for 10 classes or $20 drop in.
