This is a great all levels class for those that want to release the stress of their day through movement and deep stretches.
Get energized during the first half of the class with an invigorating and strengthening flow sequence designed to build stability, endurance and to make you sweat and smile. During the second half of the class we shift into gentle, passive yin poses that are held for 3 to 5 minutes. These longer held stretches stimulate the connective tissues improving the circulation and energy flowing to the deeper tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. You will leave feeling stronger, more open and with a profound sense of relaxation.
