This is a great all levels class for those that want to release the stress of their day through movement and deep stretches. 

About this class: 

This hybrid class offers the perfect balance of effort and ease. The first half features an energizing, hatha-based Modo practice built to develop strength, stability, and endurance in which you can expect to sweat and smile. In the second half, we transition to a floor-based Yin practice with poses held for 3–5 minutes, gently stretching the deeper layers of your body and targeting connective tissues to encourage circulation and energy flow through the hips, pelvis, and spine. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more open, and deeply relaxed.
