About this class: 

Hatha is a gentle, accessible yoga designed to centre the mind, open the body and build more balance. This non heated (74°F | 23°C) class provides an opportunity to strengthen, lengthen and tone the body while unwinding the mind and releasing tension throughout the body. While always keeping a strong focus on safe alignment and breath, the class begins with a slow easy warm-up followed by static standing poses in preparation for a short meditation at the end of class. You will leave feeling stronger, more grounded and open in body and mind.
