Kerry Lundy is a 500hr YT with an additional 500 hours of training in various training such as yoga for anxiety and depression, teen + children yoga and vinyasa. Since 2010 she has focused on teaching primarily slow flow, vinyasa and restorative and yin yoga.

Her goal for students is not only to make progress in their physical postures but to connect to the present moment through focus and breath. Kerry believes that through these experiences, we are given the gift of being truly connected with ourselves and one another. Yoga has helped her grow in so many avenues and to share this with others is an absolute honor. Kathy works in the construction industry by day and lives by yoga at night.
