Teaches Yin Yoga, Beginner Yoga and Meditation

Kim loves yoga simply because to her, it feels good in every way! She first learned Kundalini Yoga 25 years ago, then discovered Hatha Yoga, Tibetan Yoga and Yin Yoga along the way. “Walking into the Modo studio, experiencing HOT yoga for the first time was exactly what I needed and continues to be a big part of my life to this day.” For Kim, teaching Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation for many years and incorporating yoga into the flow feels like coming full circle. We think it’s also really cool that she raises chickens in her backyard.
