Teaches: Hatha, Hot Mix, Yin
Kim bounced around from taking Dance, Gymnastics, Volleyball and even made a living as a Scuba Diving instructor in the Caribbean for a couple of years. While she loved all of these activities, it wasn’t until she went to her first yoga class at her local gym that she actually thought to herself “This is it. This was meant for me.” That was over 20 years ago and if anything her love for her practice has only deepened since that first class. Trying, and sometimes failing, to practice daily, Kim finds yoga has given her the ability to be more present, more forgiving, and more humble while helping her keep calm and finding the fun in everyday life. Daily commuters can thank yoga for Kim’s less aggressive driving habits. Kim’s yoga roots are in the Ashtanga style and that is reflected in her teaching.
When not in the studio, Kim is usually working on some fundraiser or walking her two Jack Russells, Fyn and Clover.
