Kim fell in love with hot yoga in her very first class at Modo Yoga Orleans in 2014. It was love at first sweat!
Kim’s work background is in Psychotherapy and ever since she can remember, she has been passionate about helping others feel good about themselves. Kim believes that leading yoga classes is a wonderful way to do this and completed her first Hatha yoga teacher training in 2019. She went on to take a Yin training later that same year and then completed her Modo teacher training soon after. She has taken courses in Mindful Living and Foundations of Yoga for Mental Health. Kim loves swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, and being at the beach. She’s a huge fan of water, traveling, and singing. Similar to when she is on her yoga mat, when she sings, it’s a sure way for her to come back to herself.
Fun fact about Kim: She has a strong affinity toward many of nature’s little critters, especially chipmunks, who she regularly entertains as house guests.
