Yoga has been a steady, joyful part of Michelle’s life for over ten years. What began as a way to reconnect with her body has grown into a deep practice of building resilience, exploring the mind-body connection, and embracing the duality of effort and ease that comes from moving with intention. Her classes reflect that journey—dynamic, energizing, and rooted in strength and stability, with a playful and open approach. Michelle blends elements of traditional styles like Ashtanga and Hatha with modern movement practices inspired by functional training and contemporary biomechanics.
Outside the studio, you’ll likely find her simmering comfort food, planning her next trip, spending time in the great outdoors, or geeking out on something new. Michelle remains always curious, always exploring, always evolving.
