Dr Crystal Chanderbhan, Naturopathic Doctor.
Dr. Crystal Chanderbhan, ND is a board certified naturopathic doctor with a special interest in gut health, stress management and pelvic floor health. Throughout the core of her practice, the focus is always patient-centered while ensuring evidence based practices are implemented. Helping others achieve their optimal health is one of Dr. Chanderbhan’s passions in life!
Common modalities that Dr. Chanderbhan, ND uses to restore balance to her patients include: acupuncture, dietary modifications, mindfulness, B12 injections, bio-identical hormones, and pelvic floor therapy.
Debbie McCoy, Certified Reiki Master/Practitioner.
Debbie lives and loves fiercely with passion and enthusiasm. She was first introduced to Reiki when she managed a Wellness Destination Spa in Port Hope, Ontario in 2005. Reiki then became a part of her heart and soul. She thoroughly enjoys giving treatments, and has taught Reiki to those wanting to learn for the benefit of self-healing. She assists her clients to an overall path of healthy lifestyle, well-being and balance for mind, body & soul.
Debbie loves yoga and has been practicing at Modo Yoga Pickering for the past 10 years, so she considers the studio her home away from home. Over the years she has given several Meditation & Reiki Workshops as well as a Heart2Heart Circle ~ Unplug, unwind and let go…which birthed a new offering called Heart2Heart Support. Daily meditation practice, exercise at the local gym and nutrition are key elements to her lifestyle. Debbie applies the holistic approach in all aspects of her life, thus creating and sharing balance, love, peace and joy everywhere she goes.
Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing that can significantly help in reducing stress, anxiety and chronic pain, as well as promote a deep sense of well-being and inner calm. Reiki helps to restore harmony and balance to the mind, body and soul. Through a series of hand positions (over your clothes), vital life force energy flows from the practitioner through you which helps to heal blockages, imbalances or low energy which may be causing you illness or stress. Reiki is extremely beneficial for all ages, safe for women who are pregnant, enhances the healing process and restoring energy while one is ill, under treatment or in recovery. Reiki is a very relaxing, safe, holistic therapy which can be given as often as needed.
This treatment involves both ‘touch’ and ‘non-touch’ placement of hands by the practitioner. Both are equally effective so it’s up to the recipient/client to request their preference at time of treatment.

Margaret Lee, Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Holistic Nutritionist
Balance and prevention are vital for a healthy vibrant life. This belief led Margaret on a path to helping others achieve optimal health. She has a degree in Human Biology, is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and Registered Acupuncturist. Living a healthy life goes beyond what we put on our plate or numbers on the scale. We radiate what we put in our mind, body, and soul. Eating whole foods, reducing toxic load, staying active, and a positive outlook in life are important as are a few indulgences to bring joy to the soul. Since 2006, Margaret has combined her knowledge as a nutritionist with acupuncture to help others improve their well-being. Her acupuncture experience ranges from muscular pain conditions, sports injuries, menstrual/menopausal conditions, infertility, digestive disorders, stress, insomnia, headaches, etc.
Brianna McIntosh, Thai Massage Practitioner
Brianna is certified Modo Yoga/ Modo Flow/ and Restorative instructor. Brianna loves to give hands on adjustments to her students throughout the class. Not to fix but to help them find that deeper stretch/ release. Which is what lead her to study at Thai Massage Toronto. Through the guidance of senior Practitioner Deanna Villa, Brianna has learned a variety of techniques to help release any blockages and bring balance throughout the body.
Lydia Koduah, Registered Massage Therapist and Holistic Nutritionist
As a Health Care Practitioner, I combine my skills, knowledge and experience to blend my Holistic Nutritionist background into my massage Therapy practice. When my patients present with stiff muscles or a combination of muscle spasms and chronic pain, I am able to offer a full mind body spirit solution rather than just providing a regular massage. I specialize in relaxation, deep tissue myofascia release. Acu- cupping, hotstone , Gua Sha and ASMR. As a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage I had the honour of working closely with the late Ben Grosberg who was a pain specialist, the founder and clinic head of the school. There I learned and practice full body assessment and treatment protocol.
Anderson Salas, Registered Massage Therapist
Anderson graduated from Fleming College where he obtained his advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. He is registered with the Collage of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Anderson also holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Therapy. Through his experience working with university level athletes and the general population, he has gained the experience to treat conditions that range from acute to chronic. Anderson can accommodate to the patient’s needs by modifying pressure from very light to deep. He utilizes an array of various treatment techniques such as Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, PNF, Muscle stripping, and Yoga Breathing Techniques. Anderson has been a Yoga practitioner for 11 years. He began teaching Yoga about 8 years ago after completing a 350-hour teacher training program in Hatha Yoga. He strives to create: harmony between the functions of his patients’ body and mind, freedom of movement, a sense of well-being, and the balance required to function efficiently and with ease.
