I tried Yoga for the first time as a means to gain more flexibility in order to help my practice in martial arts. After my first Yoga experience following a DVD, it became evident that this ancient art was able to affect the deepest levels of one’s being and I was instantly drawn to this practice which left me  in a state of silence and serenity, “it felt as if I had been massaged inside out”. Anderson has been a Yoga practitioner for the past 6 years and teacher since 2012. Currently going into his last year of Athletic Therapy he incorporates basic elements of anatomy and physiology to facilitate the theoretical understanding and practical aspect of the postures. Anderson completed a 350 hour Yoga Teacher Training program in 2011 at Synergy movement in Oshawa and has worked as a volunteer at the Toronto Yoga Conference for the past 3 years, participating in numerous workshops which include teachers such as Rodney Yee and Sean Corn.

Through the deep connection with our physical body we can begin a journey inward towards our very essence. It is my wish to provide an ambient where one can arrive to this present moment and begin to observe, learn and transform into the greatness existing within us.
