Prenatal Yoga

This 8-week online, interactive prenatal course will prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.  Each 90-minute weekly yoga class will intelligently guide you through a sequence safe for all stages of pregnancy.  Childbirth education will be interwoven with breath-work, mental visualization, pelvic floor/core work and other techniques designed to help facilitate a deeper mind-body-baby awareness that will assist you in birth and beyond.

$200 for 8-weeks, which includes your weekly 90-minute yoga session, plus additional resources, articles and one-on-one consultation if desired.  Classes will be hosted on Zoom.
