Prenatal Yoga

Every Saturday. May 1st-June 19th, 2:00-3:30 PM


This 8-week in-studio (or online), interactive prenatal course will prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.  Each 90-minute weekly yoga class will intelligently guide you through a sequence safe for all stages of pregnancy.  Childbirth education will be interwoven with breath-work, mental visualization, pelvic floor/core work and other techniques designed to help facilitate a deeper mind-body-baby awareness that will assist you in birth and beyond.

$35 for a drop-in or $200 for all 8-weeks, which includes your weekly 90-minute yoga session, plus additional resources and articles as needed.  In-studio classes will be at Modo Yoga Portland, which will simultaneously be hosted on Zoom for online students.
