WHAT YOU’LL LEARN DURING THIS MODULE

This e-course is all about building a practice of curiosity, growth and lifelong learning, as students are taken on a journey of self-reflection and discovery. Through a series of on-demand lectures, yoga classes, journal prompts, and goal setting, students will learn how to practice their yoga both on and off the mat. Course content includes fascinating lectures on this history and philosophy of yoga and Modo Yoga, how and why we practice, the roots of practice, and an introduction to mindfulness, self-exploration, and deepening the experience of savasana.
