Green Goddess Chickpea Wraps

What You’ll Need
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and mashed
- 2–3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or mashed avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives)
- Handful of baby spinach or arugula
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Wraps or lettuce cups for serving
How To Make It
In a bowl, mash the chickpeas until slightly chunky. Stir in the yogurt or avocado, lemon juice, and olive oil until creamy.
Add the celery, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
