I started playing soccer competitively at a young age and later became one of the captains of my high school team. Once I started college and was no longer playing soccer, I quickly realized I needed a new way to move my body. I walked into my first yoga class in 2014 and never looked back. I started to discover how beneficial the practice was to my body, mind, and overall life. My mat became a haven where I could feel more connected to myself. The more I practiced, the more I felt myself getting stronger and more confident. Yoga became an integral part of my journey in finding myself.

I joined Modo Yoga in 2019 and instantly felt so at home within this community. Whenever life got tough, I realized I could lean on the Modo community for support.

In the spring of 2025 (and after a few years of contemplating) I finally took the chance on completing my Modo Yoga 200-hour YTT certification. I am so excited to have the opportunity to give back to the community that’s given so much to me.

In my yoga classes, I like to create a space where students can stay present in both their minds and bodies. I hope to encourage people to stay connected to their breath and to embrace the individuality of their practice. I’ll see you in the hot room!
