Courtesy Policies

Our goal is to create a grounding, supportive space for as many students as possible in every single class we offer, without space going to waste unnecessarily. To do that, we have a few guidelines in place:


Many of us come to yoga to escape the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, so please, leave all conversations and electronic devices outside of the hot room. All cell phones and bags should be stored in our complimentary lockers.


All spaces are available to book online up to 7 days in advance.


Even when a class appears full, you may, and should, add yourself to the waitlist. When a cancellation is made, the first name on the wait list gets automatically added to the class. If you are signed up for notifications, you will receive an email or text message as soon as you are moved off the waitlist. Once you are added to the class from the waitlist you become responsible for attending or canceling. If you are on a waitlist and you know that you don’t plan on coming in for class, make sure to remove yourself so you aren’t added without adequate time to make it in to the studio.

10 minutes prior to the start of class, we release any unclaimed spots to students from the waitlist that are physically present in the studio. If you are registered for class and do not arrive at least 10 minutes prior, you may lose your spot to someone from the waitlist, so please make every attempt to arrive as early as possible.


You can cancel your class online or from your app up to 30 min before class to release your spot. Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations.


For the benefit of teachers and students alike, we do not allow any entry into class once the teacher has entered the studio and class has begun.
