Rachel started her yoga journey after a close friend and teacher insisted she come to an aerial yoga class in 2019. After almost 4 years of being unable to exercise due to severe anxiety and panic attacks, the practice was immediately life-changing. Yoga gifted her with the confidence to move again, and to continue exploring other activity, such as hiking & dance, that she now enjoys freely.
Rachel loves getting to know all the students in the Modo community and seeing everyone’s happy faces when they come in for class! She is in awe of the talent and peace that all of the teachers bring to MYSD, and she’s inspired by Modo’s commitment to their community and the well-being of their students.
