There’s so much going on right now and we want to make sure that we can support our community in person and online too. VIRTUAL YOGA CLASSES
We are hosting virtual yoga classes for the foreseeable future. Check our schedule and sign up using the app or right here on our website. Register for the class and 15 minutes prior to class you’ll receive an email with a Zoom link. You’ll move through your yoga practice with live instruction, and don’t worry we’re not offended if you keep your camera off.
