What are my options for practicing yoga at home?

A lot has happened in 2020. Enough said. We understand that some people might not be ready to come into the studio for a hot yoga class. There’s so much going on right now and we want to make sure that we can support our community in person and online too. There are a few options for continuing a home yoga practice that we want to share with you. Try them out and let us know what you think! We are offering livestream yoga classes for the foreseeable future. Check our schedule and sign up using the app or right here on our website. Register for the class and 15 minutes prior to class you’ll receive an email with a Zoom link. You’ll move through your yoga practice with live instruction, and don’t worry we’re not offended if you keep your camera off.
