Yin is a gentle practice that uses longer holds to move deep into the body’s connective tissues. The Yin practice is designed to relieve stress while the heat stimulates deep muscle release and relaxation. This is an excellent non-weight bearing style of yoga for all-levels, those who prefer a less vigorous class and for those experiencing illness, injury or chronic pain.  It is also a great complement to a regular yang practice.
