Yang/Yin is a 60 minute practice that is all about balance. The class incorporates both an active (Yang) portion and passive (Yin) portion of the class. The first section of class is an invigorating flow practice aiming to build strength, and warm the body. This is followed by the restorative, relaxing and lengthening elements of Yin Yoga. The perfect balance to come out feeling nurtured and refreshed.
