Curl up with your mat and move through the wonderful restful practice of yin. Allow the postures to unfold while enjoying the poems of Mary Oliver.
Mary Oliver is one of Rose’s favourites! She was a poet who drew inspiration from the natural world. Her observations are neither fancy nor unnecessarily adorned and can be described as clear, simple but also resounding. In this edition of Story Time Yin, we invite you to come and listen to a collection of poems from a timeless writer.
As the body moves, allow the mind to wander her words, and maybe (just maybe) you’ll walk away with a few new observations and perhaps even a new favourite poet too!
Deep relaxing movement for your body, stimulating content for your mind.
