Lisa started her Modo Yoga journey when she stepped into the studio and on her mat in July, 2013. Unaware that every class was hot, she may have not attended!! But it took one class and she was hooked.  The breathe and balance, rooting and freedom had her feeling so good – both physically and mentally.

Fast forward to over 500 practices and the feeling that her practice was more of a way of life than just a “yoga thing”, she took a leap and journeyed to the Modo Yoga Level 1 teach training in July, 2018 in beautiful Kelowna, BC.

Lisa continues to show up on her mat for practice, really enjoys teaching and strives to be extraordinarily ordinary.

She can’t wait to see you in her class or practicing alongside her!

“In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of the things not meant for you.”
