Here are a few tips to ensure you get the most out of your practice:

  • Any Modo class will be perfect for you, regardless of your yoga experience.
  • Hydrate- really!  Drink water before, during and after your class.
  • You’ll need a yoga mat, a large towel or two and a resuable water bottle- bring your own or you can rent a mat or towel (4$)
  • Our water dispenser is filtered, please consider using only reusable bottles.
  • No cell phones or bags/purses in the practice room- it’s beautiful how much you can hear when things are quiet and uncluttered. 
  • Be mindful of how you enter and leave the practice room.  Hold space for those that are in meditation.
  • Place the top left of your mat on the designated stickers on the floor.
  • Go at your own pace, no expectations- listen to your body!  That means take breaks when you need to, modify postures, every body in the room has a different story.
  • Classes can be reserved up to one week in advance through our app or online on the website
  • If you can’t make it kindly cancel your reservation up to 4 hours before class starts. 
    We have a Late Cancellation fee of 5$ or a No Show fee 10$.  Cancellations must be made through the app or website 
  • Artive 10-15 min before class starts, this will help ground you before class begins.  Once class starts we cannot allow latecomers.
  • Have fun! Don’t take it- or yourself- too seriously.  After all, it’s just yoga!  You’re going to be GREAT!
