Turns out everything starts from within. You want to change the world you have to start from your centre. And you get there with community. So here we are.  “What do you want to be when you grow up?”  Me- “I don’t know, I just know I want to make the world a better place.”  So off I went and studied international relations and development, went solo back packing to the top of mountains, temples and into the deepest jungles looking to connect with the source.  It wasn’t until I got back home and stumbled into a yoga class..ahh I laughed, what I was looking for was within me the whole time…
