Traditionally, yin and yang are complementary (not opposites). This class is a great opportunity for balancing your more physically demanding yoga practice with gentle and restorative postures can be a way to create balance and harmony.
This offering combines a challenging yet accessible Yang standing series followed by a deep, slow and restorative Yin floor series with the intention of leaving you feeling strong, grounded and connected.
