Movement has always been the fundamental essence of who Chelsea is. As a dancer of 20+ years, Chelsea found yoga in her college days as a way to heal and express her body, heart, and mind. She’s inspired by the mechanics of the human body and the transformation that occurs when one commits to a life of peace. Chelsea believes deeply in filtering life through the lens of gratitude and its ripple effect on the world around us. She received her 200hr RYT certification in Vinyasa Yoga through Corepower Yoga in August 2013 in Orange County, CA. She has also been certified in yoga sculpt and yin yoga and often in some sort of advanced teaching to soak up more knowledge. Her style of teaching is focused on alignment, accessibility, workshop-style breakdowns, self-inquiry, and liberated joy. Over the last several years, Chelsea has been leading educational trainings and workshops, managing and opening yoga studios, and creating community events and gatherings as a way to honor and offer the teachings of yoga and mindfulness. Outside of yoga you can find Chelsea collecting vinyl, drinking coffee, dancing, or finding ways to make people smile.
