Assistant Manager / Teacher / Student
Growing up on the east coast of Canada, Kendra was inspired by her mother at an early age to travel and pursue connection with the world and its people. She has lived, traveled, studied and served in Canada, The Dominican Republic, The United States, Australia, Indonesia, and Fiji.
Majoring in Psychology and Sociology at The University of Toronto ( BSc. 2013), she was a member of the Varsity soccer team. Motivated by the sport, and numerous concussions; Kendra sought out a yoga practice at the age of 19. Completing her Level 1 Modo Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles, CA. in 2014, she has continued to complete yoga and meditation trainings with Dina Tsouluhas, Elena Brower, Brent Morton, and Rod Stryker(2020).
Her classes incorporate yogic breathing, meditation and intentionally sequenced postures to bring full sense to our unique physical, mental, and spiritual abilities.
Today, she brings 11 years of personal practice, study, and service together to hold a personal space for inquiry and discovery. Though the healing modalities of yoga, breath work, reiki, tarot and meditation she offers light to unknown edges and limiting beliefs. She works with the physical and elemental energies of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water to support thorough digestion of life’s experiences and create movement.
I believe in the practice and the process of discovering our most authentic way to freedom. May our work inspire us to rest deeply and live vibrantly.
