Barre/ Mommy+Me Instructor

My mom took me to my first ever hot yoga class at Modo in 2012. This sparked my passion for movement, health, and linking mind and body. I started taking Sculpt Barre classes in 2016, where I fell in love with the method – low impact, strengthening, toning, posture positive – everything that I could ask for from a fitness class. Not only is barre very beneficial physically, but it also challenges your mind to focus on your breathe and find comfort while your body is taken to the edge.

I started my teaching journey at Sculpt Barre in 2018. I had the opportunity to move a few times between now and then and taught barre in both Victoria and Vancouver, where I picked up a variety of techniques that complement the Sculpt Barre method. I love creating playlists, putting together fun combos and motivating people to push their minds and bodies to the limit.
