TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL MEMBERSHIPS
- Billed monthly starting on purchase date.
- Use begins with purchase.
- After 30 days, the auto-renewing memberships roll over to a month-to-month charge UNTIL notified in writing with a minimum of 7 days to cancel. Or terminate your membership anytime via your own online account (access ends immediately).
- Membership can be suspended one time per calendar year to a maximum of 2 months.
- $20 no-show fee will be charged for any class you pre-register for but do not attend. Please notify us if you can’t make it!
- Medical suspensions: no charge but requires a note and clearance to come back.
- Student = full time secondary or post-secondary. Senior = 65+
- Our passes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
