My passion for yoga began 4 years ago when I found peace on my mat at Modo Yoga St. Catharines. The four walls of the hot room became a place of solace, the teachers offered me such richness and the practice of Hatha hot yoga exactly the soul lightening I was searching for. My passion for Modo grew with my community in St Catharines and I craved more knowledge about this form of yoga. The Modo Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 was the mind and heart filling experience I craved and has allowed me to share his passion. My mandate is to grow as a light soul and to have my students grow right along side me.
