Parent & Baby Yoga aids in regaining strength, stamina, and energy after pregnancy. Get rejuvenated, strengthen, realign, and ease pain in the body held from feeding and carrying your baby. The class focuses on rebuilding power in the belly, a strong back, and pelvic floor muscles. Parents are welcome to bring their babies in this safe and judgement free environment, and meet parents in the neighbourhood for the next chapter of life!
