Therapeutic yoga class is aimed to helping maintain and enhance physical, emotional, mental, spiritual health through conscious movement and breath, while deepening understanding of one’s body, habits, thinking patterns and more. The classes may include gentle Hatha practice, biomechanics technique, pranayama, meditation etc. Leaving a practitioner feeling more connected, relaxed, grounded, strong and refreshed.
Classes are accessible, with teachers specifically trained in Therapeutic Yoga techniques. Please note that the studio does have one flight of stairs as its only access.
