30 Day Challenge

Challenge yourself to 30 days of yoga! We invite you to recommit to your practice this May with our Spring Into Your Practice Challenge. Practice once a day for 30 days from May 2 – 31, or set your own goal for what you feel you can commit to doing. This is a great way to build consistency into your yoga practice and deepen your connection to yourself and through practice in community.
