About Us

We are an eco-conscious Yoga and Pilates studio located in the heart of downtown St. John’s. We are part of a community of independent hot yoga studios, united in our dedication to create a more sustainable and peaceful world. We welcome beginners and experienced students and offer a variety of accessible classes that are challenging, healthy, and fun! 

We respectfully acknowledge the land we gather on the island of Ktaqmkuk (Newfoundland) as the unceded, traditional territory of the Beothuk and the Mi’kmaq. We are privileged to teach and practice on their land.

ENERGY EXCHANGE

STUDIO SUPPORT PROGRAM

Our Energy Exchange (EE) program is a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the MTSJ community. By working one 3-hour set shift weekly, you’ll receive unlimited classes and rentals, member perks & more!

As an EE, your responsibilities include supporting with laundry, rolling mats, cleaning the practice room and change rooms in between classes, and assisting with other general studio tasks. You’ll also have the chance to meet fellow yoga enthusiasts, connect with incredible shift mates, enjoy discounts on retail and workshops, and participate in special EE events.

Requirement: We ask that you complete your Intro Month and establish a consistent practice before applying for the program.
